Co-Founder
Anna Chott
Anna Chott has a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Drake University, and she currently works as a Sustainability Planner at East-West Gateway Council of Governments. Previously, Anna managed litter prevention and recycling outreach efforts at the nonprofit Sustainable Sandhills in Fayetteville, NC. The litter prevention program and volunteer cleanups resulted in a measured decrease in litter in the City of Fayetteville. Anna served in the Peace Corps as an agriculture volunteer in Paraguay. Her hobbies include biking, volunteering, and exploring vegan food options in the St. Louis area.

Teresa Bradley
Teresa Bradley is Founder of Race to Zero Waste, an environmental non-profit whose mission is to support communities, businesses, and governments in the training, education, and policy work needed to move toward a just and equitable circular economy. Teresa is a Missouri native and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies Certificate from the University of Missouri – Columbia and Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.

Jess Watson, PhD
Jess Watson is the Executive Director of earthday365, an environmental nonprofit in St. Louis which is a regional leader in waste reduction and the transition to a circular economy. earthday365's signature programs include the St. Louis Earth Day Festival, Recycling on the Go, the Green Dining Alliance, and Environmental Justice Days of Action. She received her BA in Ecology and Environmental Science from Swarthmore College, and her PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California - Santa Cruz.

Patrick Arnold
Patrick Arnold is the Founder & CEO of 10 Billion Strong, an environmental leadership movement dedicated to training the next generation of environmental leaders. Patrick has been working at the intersection of international development and education for more than a decade and finds the most inspiration when he's collaborating with leaders who are trying to protect our planet. He has BA and MA degrees from American University's School of International Service and has earned certificates on environmental issues from Cornell, Oxford, and UC Berkeley.
